The Polynesian Restaurant and Tiki Lounge

"The Polynesian Restaurant and Tiki Lounge has been a neighborhood landmark since 1976. It's where your parents went on their first date, and where everyone goes to dinner on prom night."

CC free, 2x3 community lot.

It's pretty much just a restaurant with a bar. I tested it in game and everything works properly except the men's room door gets stuck open and I've not been able to figure out why. It will spawn four NPCs (cook, waiter, barkeep, host), unless it's an owned business. Which I haven't tried yet but I'm sure it would work well as one.

The main dining area. Here's the water and fire feature in action:

The dining area, opposite view. You'll definitely need to have the "roof up" for photos in this room since the vaulted ceiling is the underside of the roof.

The bar and lounge. Please note: community lots will not spawn fish in the fish tank, unless you have a mod that fixes that. Otherwise you'll need to turn on move objects and quarter tile placement and move the fish tank out of the wall, have a playable Sim "restock" it, then put it back. Every single time you send someone to the lot. D:

The bar, opposite view. Note: the parrot cage DOES spawn a parrot.

Have fun! :)

I sometimes forget to post things here after they have been posted on Tumblr, but you can find any other lots that I have shared there by going HERE.

It's a very pretty lot Fuzzy, it's pretty awesome what you can do with no cc! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! And you're welcome! Yeah, it's like "how do I make the same 6 objects look like I'm not using the same 6 objects?" >_<

This is brilliant and looks like a manageable size too. Yoinking it for my BaCC :)

I do prefer compact lots! The parking lot is about 1/3 of it, so if you are savvy with Lot Adjuster you might even be able to make is smaller. :) This just seemed like one of those places you see in a suburb or on the edge of town so it made since it would need a parking lot.
