I've never played uni as hands-off as you do - I help them gain the skills and then let them do what they like, but your way looks like fun, too! Might have to give it a go sometime :)

The lot debugger worked for me! I was more surprised than anything. lol

I only just started doing Uni hands off because I get so bored with telling them to do the same stuff over and over again. Term paper, study, skill, get out of the hot tub and eat, etc. :P I've also got a mod in place that makes Uni half as long, so in one semester they only go to class once, then the final exam the next day. So my "wants only" approach is way harder because there just isn't TIME. As it is they are making low C's to low B's grade wise. If there was a couple more days of class they would probably be making low B's to low A's without me actually telling them to do anything outside of their wants! Of course I make sure to lock every generic "earn skill" wants. Hell, even just the want to become friends with a professor (which I previously ignored) is locked because that also raises their grade! It's more challenging, but more fun, and a little more realistic because not every student graduates suma cum laude. :P

Looks like Khufu finally broke down :D surprise, surprise. Or not. Anyone would get scared hearing their wife's unnatural howling at the most random moments.

Lot debugger also saved my game a few times. Especially when the family I was playing kept spawning clone babies ._.

I'm a huge fan of the lot debugger lately. :P I've had it in my game forever, but it's taken me this long to really figure out how to use it! So I keep one on every lot now and it helps keep things running smoothly.

I had a gnome come back years later, it can still happen!

At least she is a teen with all the passing out, the SW can't take her. I do hope as she gets older she learns to take care of herself since she will be popping out babies...

I'm not sure where or when I got the eye patch accessory, but when I randomize sims in CAS they sometimes where it. Bigfoot is the first NPC or Townie I've had to show up wearing one! I considered that there might be a backstory there, but I really just want to get this challenge done without any plot or side stories bogging it down. >_<

I'm happy about Perch being the heir, she's definitely interesting. At the same time, I'm a little terrified by the thought of a Bad Apple heir. At least you can give her some commands when she's older.

I don't know if the lot debugger will fix every missing gnome situation, but it sure worked for me this time! I'm only just now figuring out what all it can fix. I always had it around, but was always to afraid to use it. lol

Um... At least Khufu had the same panel as Perch, so you could figure out what the problem was? But that looks like a painful evening!

I think Peace of Mind was a very good wish for Perch. And smart thinking making sure you had at least one controllable Sim on the lot.
