Community Swimming Pool - download

fuzzysporkThis is the public pool I made for my Trailer Park Challenge families to go to on days when they can't afford to shop at Walmart or they just need to get out of the trailer for a few hours. But it's certainly good enough for any neighborhood!

Before downloading, keep in mind I have all the expansion packs. I did package this lot with Clean Installer, so hopefully EPs won't be a problem and you might only encounter missing objects if you don't have the corresponding EP. Theoretically. e__e Though do let me know if there's a problem.
The only CC are two wall paints I made (the exterior and interior stucco). If you use Clean Installer you can easily remove those two walls from from the lot before you install it. Or keep 'em, I don't care.
Bird's Eye View:
The building in the lower left has the showers, toilets, lockers, and snack machines. On the lower right is the clubhouse...
The lot costs about 69 thousand which is fairly inexpensive for a furnished business and any of your enterprising Sims can easily run it as an owned venue. (That bar will spawn an NPC bartender if it's an unowned community lot.)
There's a grilling area outside so they have plenty of hotdogs to stuff in their faces before jumping into the pool. That's always a good idea, you know. :P Complete with playground and basketball court!
