Walmart

Not the most spectacular community lot ever.  I built it fast without much thought to aesthetics just so my trailer park family had somewhere to buy food!  Made without any CC, but I do have every EP, so take that into consideration.  I re-packed it with Clean Installer, if that even makes a difference.  Perhaps it will show up missing only what comes with EPs you don't have.

Of course 90% of the store is just decoration.  Sims can buy groceries, clothes, magazines, games, jewelry, perfume, pet collars, and eat at the eatery (free snacks in the fridge, expensive snacks at the counter).   It could probably use a snack machine or some play equipment.

Sadly, that is actually nicer than the real Wal-Mart that we go to here. To come close to the one we have here it would have to have piles of clothing under each of the clothing racks and the shelves to start with and huge gaps in the freezers for the food section because they are always out of whatever it is I am craving at that particular moment.

I have eery EP and most stuff packs. Though this should download for everyone, you'll just have to replace anything that's missing with stuff you have.

If she is missing M&G (And maybe AL-not sure) it will crash her game unless you used Any Game Starter.

I packed it with Clean Installer, and that works for Sims. I have no idea if it works with lots as well. Someone needs to let me know if it does.
