Aspirations can be set to anything, really.  Clothes, hair, make-up are also not set in stone, so dress them how you like!  Most of them include CC hair, or make-up, and all the files weigh in between 1 - 2 MB each.  Have fun!

I should have checked here before i started my game! I could have had some new Sims to play with.
