Lord yes. D: This is a completely empty neighborhood void of any character files and I'm going to attempt to create my own NPCs instead of letting the game generate them. So I'll likely be putting in a fresh copy a few times before I'm happy enough with it to move in the legacy sims. *fingers crossed*
