Two houses; town and country.

I made these a long time ago as a gift, but I think I can share them with everyone now.
House One: A Stone's Throw

This one sits on a 2x2 lot so there is zero yard. And you'll sit right close to your neighbors (just a stone's throw away...). It will cost your Sims 24,209 and comes unfurnished with just basic plumbing and lighting. You can get the price down into starter-home range by eliminating the plants out front and the fireplace. And maybe the driveway slab and replace the floors with cheaper stuff.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage. The garage can be easily converted into more living space.
Here I loaded it up with some basic furnishings so you can get a better idea of the space:

House Two: Mountain Dew

On a 3x3 lot, so this one's gonna set you back 43,439. And that's unfurnished, except for basic plumbing. Again, this one can be reduced significantly by eliminating landscaping (of which there is much!) and by changing the walls and floors.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with closets), wrap-around porch, and an open-ish living space. There's more than enough yard left for a pool or
a garden or a pool AND a garden....
Now with furniture just to see how it works as a home...

Download the Mountain Dew here. Unfurnished.
I have been using both of these in my game for a while so they play fine. Both are CC free but keep in mind I own every EP and SP so some things might be missing when you get it into your game if you don't have all the same stuff.
