Mojito Grande!

It's my birthday today so I'm giving away gifts! :P Nothing fancy, since I've not finished the Holiday Gift Pile stuff I was working on before Christmas... This is actually something I built ages ago and decided to go ahead and put it out there in case someone needs a huge-ass modern-esque house in their game.

-------------------
There is only a single bit of custom content, which is the flat, white fence-thing I trimmed the roof with (because the bare tops of the walls looks bad and everything Maxis had to offer didn't look right for this) You can just ditch that out of the download if you don't want it.

I do own every EP and SP so things might not show up if you don't have the same.
And now for more pictures!

The third floor is just one big room that would be good for music equipment or those hobby stations. Heck, the old junker might even fit up there! Or make it a kids playroom. Or pretend it doesn't exist if you don't like third floors. :P

There IS room for a driveway and landscaping. <_< You'll have to add that stuff yourself, or download the "loaded" version I'm including a link to.
Here's interior shots of the downstairs with furniture so you can get an idea of the scale.

The front door and entryway as seen from the living room.

The living room as seen from... the living room.

Other end of the living room, and you can spy the kitchen in there as well.

Dining room.

The study. The Humble computer just needs to be delivered...

The downstairs bathroom does have a shower area, as I had to stand in the shower to take this.

There's room on the deck for a hot tub. There's an outdoor "kitchen" as well, with a sink and a grill. (Don't forget to put a smoke alarm out there!) You can remove one of those hedges so Sims can access the back yard if you want to put in a garden or fruit trees. But now that I think about it, I'm not sure I tested if a Sim can walk under those stairs at that height. D: Okay, I just tested and they can walk under just fine. (OMG check out the Sim CAS randomized for me too test this with... the outfit was so ridiculous I had to keep it. XD )
Anyway, there's a couple of bonus rooms that are connected to the main living area by a catwalk that extends over the swimming pool.

Said swimming pool. That round light hangs from the catwalk.

The downstairs exterior bonus room I set up as a workout space.
The house sits on a 20 x 40 lot (or 20 x 30 not counting the road), so you should be able to squeeze it in just about anywhere.
Download Mojito Grande - unfurnished, without a driveway. It will cost your Sims 56,547.
Or if you are especially enamored of my quickie decorating style you can download the Mojito Grande with the driveway and the downstairs furnished and decorated like you see in the photos. The upstairs is your problem. ;P This one costs 117,261.
