That's why I was suggesting that the sim has to get fit first and stay fit for their entire unemployment, if they drop below fit they have to quit and they can't rejoin since well, they were discharged. And why I was saying they have to quit after they reach 14 days to elder (they're not officers and enlisted men get scrubbed out because of their age). For the founder, it'd take a few days to get fit and then, if they're lucky find the job in the paper/computer. Also make it so you can't career hop to that career, you can only enlist once. Or something like that.
