Came up against something. My founder is in the slacker career and pulled a chance card. The one to either ignore the customer and take a break or pretend he didn't see them. I chose ignore and he "won" $500 from a lottery ticket. I let him keep it, because, in the culture we're talking about, how many scratch tickets do you imagine ever get bought. A lot, IMO. I figured it was a somewhat "realistic" bonus. Not sure if there should be some kind of penalty though.
