Awesome challenge! I've got a couple of things that should be clarified, though:

Can we use autoroof? Or does it have to be a flat roof?

Can you add onto the porch or are you stuck with what you start with? And can you cover it later? You need it covered for the dogs, but do you have to start with a roof?

What about the fire alarm - if you don't buy it immediately, can you buy it later?

I wonder what the max number of trailers you'd have to have is. Cause I could see ending up with, oh, six or so, maybe eight, if you get enough inheritance money and all the spouses are rich.

Does adoption count for the pregnancy or is that extra?

Do trailers have to come with doors? Cause those can get expensive.

When building a doublewide, you say you can delete one wall. Does this mean one wall section or the entire wall on one side of one room? I'm assuming it's the latter but not certain.

Are you allowed to fix up the junker and sell it at the yard sale? Or not sell it. Can you sell the truck at the yard sale? Are alarms allowed in all cars or only one?

Can you guide kids to the toilet or should you let them pee on the floor if it comes to that?

The teens: you can only do a dresser OR a mirror? What about if you want to do both? And a dresser only changes one outfit anyway. I'm assuming you can't send them clothes shopping, but it's okay if a parent went clothes shopping the day before and bought them something to wear?

Do you have to roll for secondaries if you can or can you choose them or not have them if you want?

Mention that Knowledge Sims can also do homework as one of their commands - cause you WILL need that for uni.

So no having the crazy extended family all living in the one house? :P Nah, it would be difficult anyway, though extra adults are both useful and a problem.

Not allowed to call the police to try to get teens to come home, right? What about the dogs?

You mentioned in chat that sims can't immediately return to the same job if they quit - can other sims go into that field?

If you don't have Seasons, you could say the yard sale has to be a weekend day and can only be once in every three weeks - which is 21 days, about the same amount as four seasons.

I'm assuming no20khandouts is an acceptable hack, as it means your spares may move out with nothing - and will actually take money from the family funds.

Can you play music for tips? ...Assuming you can afford, like, a musical instrument.

Can you sew your own clothes?

Are spending restrictions in place from the yard sale? Like, the "if you get this much you must spend this much" rules from spouses and inheritance.

Outbuildings are okay, then, if you can afford them?

Is the funeral outfit only for the founder or for everyone else who dies?

...Yeah, a lot of questions, but I'm a rules stickler and someone who looks for loopholes (too many apocs, I swear), so...I hope the questions make sense!

Edit: one more thought: I assume private school is not okay, cause it makes no sense for it to be.
