lol I know why you're doing the repair rule, but it so goes against my hillbilly grain! :D According to Hillbilly/Redneck rules (I'm sure you'll find them out there somewhere, but be warned like Women Rules they are subject to change if we feel too many outsiders know.) broken anything gets fixed until it's beyond repair and *THEN* it goes outside. HOWEVER, since sims don't have duck tape, chicken wire, or any of the other *necessary* implements for repair I will let this one slide (Although, I must point out that hitting things with a wrench is very very appropriate. ;) ).
