I'll get the rules I've got written posted this week (have to be out of town all day today) and then you all can pick them apart and help me streamline it all. :D
He's in the CAS bin, same cowboy hat and a beard (I just got rid of the full beard). If you click on face two you see just how much his face moves! D:
Yeah, any old born-in or imported sim can be used! It just needs to be brought into the world through CAS so they lack skills and all.
Oh gosh, yeah their LTWs don't matter here. lol... I know Jane is Criminal Mastermind. Can't recall Bubba's the moment. Secondaries are fine! There are some restrictions with the perks though. Like the Fortune sim one where they invest money every day. Any of the perks that give money advantages are not allowed. Everything else is okay.
At this point all they can afford are the cheapest items anyway! I don't think there needs to be a restriction on the quality. If they spend more money on something, that's less money they have!
The Walmart can have anything. I don't know if a dance floor is realistic, but whatever you want to put in it. I'll upload the one I made, and share links to ones I found online (which I don't like as much as my own, lol). :)
