I'm so pleased with Narmer's looks, you have no idea. He's not exactly "pretty" (and believe me, I didn't want a pretty sim for this role, which is why his dad was just a jumble of CAS'ness) but he's got an interesting face that can totally pull off the warrior-turned-king look I was needing.
